artist + Creative Agency

Our artist and creative agency amplify artists and creatives through the collaborative environment, developmental opportunities, high-quality digital and written packages, a platform, and access to coaches, alongside additional perks.

Your development, packaging, and bookings are essential, and we will be that collective agency to amplify you and prepare you for the opportunities present and ahead. Our onboarding process for the artist + creative agency compromises three pillars.

1. Artist Development: We are a growth-based collective, and ensuring everyone has access to growth opportunities is critical. We provide a series of in-house sessions foundational to your thriving and functioning as an independent creative. The Base Rate session is one of those sessions that help the artists + creatives get a real sense of the use of their time and what they should be charging for it. With artist development also come goal setting and coaching. You get assigned a coach whose mission is to help you set your goal and give you the tools to position yourself for it.

2. Package: Packaging yourself and your content is a strategic way of positioning oneself for opportunities. We will pair you up with a writer who will help craft your artist + creative biography to give your story a well-thought-out and outside-of-yourself perspective. We will also commit to producing a short backstory video which you can use on platforms as a reel. Storing up content for your packaging could get overwhelming, so we provide you with additional media storage space, which you can then use to store your media.

3. Bookings: All road leads to bookings and being organized to take in inquiries to share your work. We have a booking page here on our website and would love to give you your spread /artist_name. Your clients can have a well-designed landing page to engage with your work and book you. All booking inquiries will go directly to you, and your team (or yourself) can follow up accordingly. Alongside we offer a coach to help you process how you'd like to set that up.
