ASHLEY AGUY
Board Member
Ashley genuinely believes that people are not static beings but individuals who have the capacity to change their minds if they allow their hearts to be opened. Rooted in empathy, she is passionate about community healing, relationship building, and reconciliation.
She has a B.S. in Counseling Psychology from a Historically Black College, Oakwood University located in Huntsville, AL. She also holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities, where she graduated as a Title IV-E Scholar.
Her work spans school settings, counseling, coaching, county, non-profit, and community; She brought a wealth of knowledge & created courageously safe spaces while serving in her previous role as community liaison for the Minneapolis NAACP. She currently is an instructor and program coordinator for the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, teaching & supporting Master level Social Work students.
When she’s not trying to change the world through her trademarked concept of “Changing Minds by Opening Hearts ™️,” she is spending time loving her husband and their baby boy Jeffrey Justice-Maverick.
NEMUEL SERETI
Board Member
Nemuel Sereti, a dynamic visual storyteller, brings his unique perspective and creative flair to our non-profit organization as a dedicated board member. Hailing from the vibrant landscapes of Kenya, Nemuel has made Minneapolis his home while continuing to draw inspiration from his roots.
Nemuel's journey as a visual storyteller is deeply rooted in his intrinsic passion for storytelling itself. From a young age, he was captivated by the power of narrative, as his mother diligently documented the meaningful moments of their lives. This early exposure instilled in him a profound appreciation for the art of storytelling through visual mediums.
Growing up in Kenya during the late 90s, Nemuel's formative years were infused with the vivid colors and soft textures of his surroundings. These influences have indelibly shaped his artistic eye, resulting in a style characterized by its rich and vibrant palette. His work radiates the warmth and depth of his experiences, inviting viewers into a world where every still image and frame serves as a canvas for profound reflections on life's intricate tapestry.
Within our non-profit, Nemuel Sereti's presence on the board represents not only a commitment to creative expression but also a dedication to using art as a vehicle for broader societal conversations. He believes that every image, every visual creation, holds the potential to convey meta statements about our world, inspiring dialogue, empathy, and change.

Fayise is a multifaceted individual, embodying the roles of an artist, storyteller, dedicated mother, and loving wife. Her passion for community and commitment to making a positive impact have led her to hold significant roles in various organizations. Currently, Fayise serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Youth Prise, a role where she utilizes her strategic thinking and creativity to drive initiatives that empower youth.
Originally hailing from Worthington, Minnesota, Fayise has deep roots in the heartland of the United States. Her connection to rural communities runs strong, as demonstrated by her voluntary involvement on the Board for Seeds of Justice, an organization led by rural leaders dedicated to promoting justice and equity in Greater Minnesota. Through her work with Seeds of Justice, Fayise contributes her valuable insights and expertise to advance the causes she holds dear.
In addition to her involvement with Seeds of Justice, Fayise also serves on the board of DanSan Creatives, showcasing her unwavering dedication to the arts and storytelling. Her artistic prowess and commitment to amplifying diverse voices in the creative realm make her a valuable asset to this organization.

Sandra gbeintor oyinloye
Board President
Sandra Kau-Nesian Gbeintor Oyinloye is a distinguished co-founder of DanSan Creatives who serves as a remarkable addition to our non-profit board. A dedicated mother, she is not only a phenomenal poet but also a talented film director, speaker, and a creative powerhouse who embodies the essence of an all-around artist, offering a unique perspective and versatile skillset.
Sandra's educational journey includes the successful completion of a bachelor's degree in sociology, followed by a master's degree in education. These academic achievements have equipped her with a profound understanding of societal dynamics and the importance of education as a catalyst for positive change.
However, she passionately embraces storytelling as a medium for healing and personal growth. Through her artistry, Sandra seeks to be a beacon of hope and a driving force for positive transformation. Her stories have the power to activate emotions and inspire change, making her a valuable asset to our non-profit board.

Noelia Calvo Camacho
Administrative Assistant
Noelia Calvo Camacho brings her unique blend of artistic flair and administrative expertise to the heart of our non-profit organization, DanSan Creatives. With a rich heritage as a Hispanic/Latina artist with Dominican roots, Noelia was born in Spain and found her artistic home in the United States at a young age. Her journey from Spain to the US has imbued her with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and a fervent commitment to advancing BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) access to the arts.
As an impassioned administrative assistant, Noelia plays a pivotal role in supporting DanSan Creatives' mission. Her creative spirit infuses a vibrant energy into our daily operations, and her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every administrative task is executed with precision and excellence. Noelia's ability to seamlessly bridge the worlds of artistry and administration is a testament to her dedication to our cause.

DANIEL OLUWASEYI OYINLOYE
Executive Director
Oluwaseyi "Seyi Stories" Oyinloye is a visionary storyteller, a dynamic artist, a compassionate leader, and a dedicated executive. Born in Nigeria and now a citizen of the United States, he personifies the essence of a cultural explorer who draws upon his unwavering faith, diverse skills, and life experiences to shape the narratives that inspire change. He firmly believes that healing is an essential aspect of the human experience, and stories have the power to address the fears that hinder our path to healing. In partnership with his wife, Sandra Gbeintor Oyinloye, Oluwaseyi co-founded a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the lack of access for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to platforms, spaces, and technology that facilitate storytelling. "Our ability to heal is rooted in access to our own stories," Oyinloye emphasizes. He leverages his exceptional skills, creative tools, and influential platforms as a storyteller to breathe life into diverse narratives and inspire others to share their own stories.
In his capacity as an executive, Mr. Oyinloye leads a non-profit organization that operates as a creative collective and production company with a profound commitment to artist development and the transformative shift toward a more inclusive narrative landscape. He is unwavering in his dedication to elevating the voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, ensuring that their stories are heard, celebrated, and cherished.
